Google and Yahoo Bing fetch

I feel that I have to write this because there have been quite a few comments over the past couple of day

It seems that there are quite a few (Newbies and yes some of the older generation) who are not even aware of the Google and Bing FETCH function.

Once you have your website, you have to use the webmaster tools and use these tools to start getting your site recognised by Google and Yahoo (Bing)

There are two billion people using Google and one billion using Yahoo so use them both!

When you have your website indexed that is great and your site will start to climb up the ladder but what you must do next is very important

Every time you finish a page then use the fetch tool and every time you finish a blog again use the fetch tool for each site and this should be a part of the routine - finish fetch finish fetch.

DO NOT refetch you bacic website otherwise it will start again from near zeromas I have found out the hard way!

How do you set up the webmaster tools - well you should know as it is all in the training. But if you have missed this training (again like I did) then go to your question bar at the top of your dashboeard and type in the question. This will lead you to Kyles great training.

Have fun - Paul

Sounds like s song!!!

Yes, I should have put that in quotes. I am a little confused. Is there a fetch to click on. I need to do this with my pages but don't understand the process.

Hey Paul, first I have to say thanks so much on this post on "the fetch". I did a "Google fetch" this morning(1-15-16)[10:00am] on 3pgs/psts off of my website and just took a look on Google[4:30pm]and to my surprise all 3 were ranked on the 1st page positioned in the 4th-10th spots. I never knew Paul about fetch, but I do now, thanks to you. I gotta try out the "Bing fetch" now and will let you know the outcome. Keep reaching upward and I will see u at the top my friend.

Your friend,
Greg P.

You are welcome as always my friend

I wasn't aware that Yahoo belonged to Microsoft. Bing is its own search engine, there's the top three - Google, Bing, and Yahoo. I thought Bing belonged to Microsoft (it used to be called MSN), and Yahoo was its own entity entirely?

Interesting. Either way, useful information, especially for newbies. I do this on all of my new posts, there's just no reason not to and it helps so much.

That is the way - good stuff

Bing and Yahoo are partnered.
