I would like to focus on one niche/website at becoming a wealthy affiliate. The problem is that I've been a Web designer/developer since about 2007 and host quite a few website
Quite honestly, something will have to go if you want to succeed by doing a niche website. I, nor anyone one else can tell you which thing, it will have to be your decision.
I work full time, so I had to make sacrifices of my time so that I could devote time to my website. Now I am starting another (well, updating it) ands that takes even more time, but I think once you can start putting out content regularly, it will be a lot easier to continue with your many interests! :)
Best wishes,
Karin :)
Thank you, Karin. I, too, work full time and drive over 100 miles each workday. Everything regarding work takes about 10 to 12 hours a day. Right now, I'm a WA weekend warrior and figuring out, which niche to pursue.

Pick the one you love the most and focus on that one. When it makes money, duplicate what you did on the next one, then the next and the next. Don't get distracted by shiny objects - turn over a new resolution!
Great advice, Jeannine. I need to apply the brakes a little bit and refocus.
All the best.
