Level 2 Training DONE!
We're on day 5 of 2017 - with 360 days to go! If there is one thing I'm focusing on this year, it is to take action every day. My goal is to quit my corporate job by 31 July 2017. This means I've got 207 days left to make it happen!
Completing level 2 is a great milestone on this path.
Another thing that has helped me to take action every day is to let go of perfection! This one is a tough one for me, but I've realised that it is one of the main reasons I start to procrastinate. Perfection is a myth. Good is good enough.
On to level 3... who's with me?

Congratulations! I'm a perfectionist, and battle with perfection and procrastination all the time as well. It's hard to let it go, but that's what you gotta do in order to be successful.
Speaking of perfection, I just spent about 5 minutes on this comment trying to perfect it. Then I realized what I was doing, and was like "Okay just post it and don't worry if it's not perfect" lol.
Haha! OMG, that's me to a T! I think the key is to stop worrying so much about what others think. That is what keeps me from showing up to do the work and post that comment/article/site. Awareness of what you're doing is the first step to changing it. Now just remind yourself that perfection = poverty. Just put it out there (same goes for me, haha!)... :)
Yeah, you're definitely right. Even though I KNOW I should simply be myself and not care what others think, I find that oftentimes I feel "controlled" by what others not only think, but MIGHT think. Sounds pretty bad, but I'm just being honest.
Ugh, I just caught myself trying to perfect this one too...I'll just hit the "reply" button before I waste even more time....
Good to be honest, and that's exactly what I find, too. I imagine that people think xyz and that stops me from taking action! We're both a little nutty, but that's totally OK! :)
