First of all: Congratulations!
The site is coming along nicely, but I bumped into a few things, please read below as tips and in no way something to feel bad about!
When I clicked the link to go to your site, the homepage is blank, this is the first thing people visiting your site see, so you have to "catch" them there, try to put something there that will make them want to click around.
Another thing I noticed is that the menu is not the same on all pages, when I visited the contact us page, a new link appeared in the menu that was not there on the other pages.
As for your privacy policy, not sure if you intended to do so but for me the page shows a link to a .doc file, not the policy itself.
Finally, and then I will stop moaning, the about page is not consistent, what I mean by that is that in some sentences you write about yourself in the "he and him" form and in other sentences you write about "I and me"
Hope you will not be offended by these tips, I don't mean to offend you just trying to give some tips like you asked.
As soon as my site is "ready for public" I will let you know, then you can jump on my face too, deal? :-)
