Problems and Persistence
Today, it seemed like Murphy's Law was in full effect. My battery went out in my laptop, and my charger is shot, thanks to my child's dog. As a result, I have to keep the laptop plugged in, and the cord in just the right position. Yeah right! I swear it must have shut down on me half a dozen times today, and always at the most inopportune times.
To make matters worse, I ordered a new charger last week, and the package arrived today. I opened it, plugged it into the wall socket, and into my laptop, and promptly discovered that I had been sent the wrong charger. By this time, I'm ready to bite someone's head off.
Then I pick up my kids from school only to discover that my youngest hasn't done his homework in some time, and is quickly getting behind in school. I was already in a bad mood. Now I'm livid. But I didn't say a word. I let my husband deal with it. Otherwise, I would have thrown every toy that child has in the garbage. I do not tolerate laziness when it comes to school.
I just hope tomorrow is better. Until then!
Nancy

At one time or another we've all felt that exact same way of thinking "The Planets, Cosmic Waves, Stars etc..." are all aligned against us.
Then we wake up the following day after a probably much needed rest & all goes as plans. Go figure?

That's what I keep telling myself. I eventually made my husband give me his laptop until I can get the right charger for mine.
