Hi Nahum,
Comment boost is calculated using the "past" 24 hours. So, if at any time you have posted 10 comments in the past 24 hours, you get added to the Comment Boost Queue. We'll look into your specific case and let you know what we find.
Our new SiteComments platform has been live for just a few hours and an official introduction to SiteBoost, Certified Commenter Status, and the new User Interface will be posted within the next day or so.
Cheers,
Carson
Hi Carson,
Thank you for the quick reply! :)
That was fast!
I’ve noticed that something changed in the platform between my first 2 comments and the 3rd one. But didn’t pay too much attention for that. I guess it was because of the hour ... 3am my local time ;)...
Looking forward for the introduction of the new platform and...the resolution of my issue ;)
Br,
Nahum

I've received an email That I need to check the response for my ticket on the "Hosting ticket page". But I don't manage to find/get there.
When I'm going to siterubix&g
When Site Support responds to your open ticket it will appear in your private message inbox and I also believe it will appear in your notifications. You will also be notified via email that you received a response.
Hi, and thank you both for your reply. I indeed received an email with the following message : "We have responded to this message and details can be found on your WA Hosting ticket page here:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
Please login to view the responded message."
But I don't set any response in my private messages... Hence I thought there is another place...Any advise? Thanks.
Did you get this resolved Nahum?
I cannot quite remember, but I believe that when Site Support answers your question it will not only appear in your private messages but also as a notification. If you are still having a problem let me know and I will see if I can get you an answer.
Robert
Hi Robert, and thank you for reaching out.
No, I didn't got any reply from Site Support and issue still remain.
The link provided in the email to the "WA Hosting ticket page" is leading to the main support page and not to a "ticketing system".
Maybe I'm missing something, but it is a bit frustrating when you get no reply...
After opening the ticket they wrote me an email that they are going to address this issue to Carson, and I didn't heard from them since. I've wrote them 3 days ago asking for any update but until now haven't receive any reply... :(
I'm just trying to buy a domain on WA, but cannot complete the checkout process due to some odd error message...
If you can help somehow, that will be much appreciated.
Thanks.
In the checkout I'm receiving an error message that the Zip/Postal code I'm entering is not valid.
Although it is the correct zip code for my address. I assume that it has some kind of an algorithm checking if the Zip is a valid US address but my address is not in the US...
Searching in the community I found one post from 2015 with a similar issue so I don't know if they fixed it or not. If it is a known issue and are not going to fix it in the near future, that's okay with me. I just want to know, so I'll buy the domain somewhere else and won't wait for nothing...
OK, thanks. I'll see if I can get an answer from Kyle or Carson on this and get back to you asap. If you do not want to wait let me know and I will recommend a place to get domain names. It is where I get all of my domain names from and it was recommended by Kyle before WA became a domain registrar.
Hi Robert, indeed please share where can I buy the domain elsewhere, it is not my prefered method, but I don't see any other option currently.
Please also share how to point this domain to WA hosting.
I have an old domain parked at GoDaddy, and I've read the article here in WA re setting the namespaces at GoDaddy to point to WA,but it doesn't work... :(
I also read in another article here in WA that I need to "Move" my site to the new domain via the "Website & Hosting" page but when I entered the other domain that I have from GoDaddy it just show a green button of "My Cart"and said that this domain is not available to purchase (obviously, because I already have it on GoDaddy)...
Any advise will be appreciated.
Thanks.
Br,
Nahum
I buy all of my domains from https://www.namecheap.com
This is the registrar that Kyle recommended before WA became a registrar. The domains for the first year will cost about $10.87 and the WhoIs Guard is free. You DO NOT need to purchase anything else that they offer, just pay for the domain name.
When it comes time to renew it will be $10.87 for the domain and $2.88 for the WhoIs Guard, for a total of $13.75 for the year.
I have purchased 10 .com domain names here at NameCheap and I have never had a problem with their service or prices. And you can pay using PayPal which I really like.
Then I just point my domain to the two WA name server hosting addresses ns1.mywahosting.com and ns2.mywahosting.com
Thanks Robert.
Beside pointing the domain to the WA name servers, is there anything else I need to do on WA? And how do I move my blog from my subdomain of siterubix to the domain I bought?
Thanks.
The moving process from a site rubix subdomain to your paid domain is a simple one button move feature in your Site Manager.
But before you can do that you will have to wait about 24 hours after pointing the domain to WA so that the information coming from NameCheap is fully received.
The below link is a training Kyle did on this very subject a couple of years ago. The website images may have changed slightly but the procedure is still the same. How Domains & DNS Work Page 3 of the training deals specifically with NameCheap
Hi Robert,
I've followed the instruction above (changing namespaces) for an old domain I have on GoDaddy. I've waited already for few days, but it doesn't work :( ...
I've saw in other training on WA that I also need to "Move" my blog from the siterubix subdomain to my domain but when I enter my domain it doesn't find it...
Hi Nahum,
Yes, this happened to me too the last time I went to move my website from a Site Rubix to a domain I owned. I contacted Site Support and they told me there is now an extra step in the process.
Go to the following link and scroll down until you see a place where you can type in the domain name you want to move the Site Rubix domain to. It will say Other Domains. Then click Add Domain. See attached picture.
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/domains
Once you do this you should be able to do the Move function.
Hi Robert, thanks for sharing! Indeed that was a very crucial missing part in my puzzle :) ... Now I can choose the domain in the "move" option!
Thanks!!!
BTW, It seems like my lucky day ;) ...since I also managed (finally) to complete the checkout on WA for buying a domain!
You are welcome Nahum. Today does seem to be your lucky day. Happy all has worked out well.
