Hey Anne,
Leo has already provided you with the answer, but I would like to share the following tip with you.
Whenever you find a file extension that you are not familiar with, you can Google search it. Example shown in the screen print below...
Hope you find this helpful.
Hello Trish,
Thank you very much for your answer and your time. Though we have survived the Corona infection, my head still doesn't work as before. So I didn't come to the googling reflex. However, it allows me to hear again from you, which is much better.
I hope you are in a safe place, working from home and you stay healthy.
Take good care of yourself.
Kindly,
Anne
Hey Anne,
Yes, I am staying safe and sound, working from home and only shopping once every 4 weeks now. Went to go use my car one day last week, and the battery was dead from a lack of use.
Once the battery was recharged, the car was able to take me where I needed to go... pheeew!
Seeking search engine's help with finding resolutions was the ONLY method when I first started working online, so thankfully, that is my first stop each and every time :-)
Yes, but we are supposed to learn... right? If we do not seek for ourselves we will never learn how to find what we want to learn. Thus the importance of learning how to use Google or any other search engine for that matter. :-)
This is right, Trish, it is important to learn how to learn, thinking twice, searching for, and then at last asking. I am quite astonished that during those nearly 3 years I only asked 24 times. Which means the answers were of great value.

Well, I have one more issue. The search bar doesn't work on my end.
Do you encounter the same problem?
Thank you for letting me know before I disturb the Help Cent
Try clicking inside the area before typing it should change the colour and make it active. It works for me

...and now we have the luxury of a WA experts' family. What a chance!
Gratefully,
Anne
