Starting a Homebased Online Business
Reading the profile of some of us, it seems to me that we really are after the same thing; the ability to be able to stay at home and watch our children grow and still being able to earn substantial income to make ends meet. This trend have been around for a while now (not that I know how long) but I do remember what attracted me to network marketing was the fact that it gives you the freedom to work from the comfort of your home and ofcourse the travelling and the ability to spend time with loved ones.
Working from home is a decision that is made by some out of the desire for freedome or made for some due to lack of job opportunity, but whatever the reason, the goal still remain the same; to earn a living on your own terms.
With work from home, the opportunities are endless and the choice of what to do depend on what one's interest is, what resources (time, money, etc), knowledge and information are available. So for a successfull home based business all these factor will have to come into play.
In late 2010 and early 2011, I worked on a project with a company and I did come across an information while carrying out my research which lead me on my search for Starting a Homebased Online Business, the information was that by 2015, Fierce Wireless(a company that provides breaking news and expert analysis of the trends shaping wireless communications) is estimating that the global revenue for mobile purchase and services will reach $199bn.
Also, according to eMarketer’s annual report in 2006 the E-Commerce market size in Europe has grown to ’106 billion ($133 billion). Analysts say that it is very likely to go on increasing and display a very fast rate of annual growth ’ up to 25%. The situation will be stable for at least five years and the market will reach the point of ’323 billion ($407 billion) by 2011.
These in my opinion where not figures to ignore.
Earning as a Network Marketer was one of the most difiicult things I ever had to do, this was mostly because I had to not just sell something to someone, but also had to get them to register, then they get people to register and the process goes on and on. After a while (not very long) I realised it was not for me, the reward looked very inviting, but was i ready to do what it takes to earn it?
With Online Business I needed little or no finance to start, I could go to my workplace at any time of the day, I will be in front of a global audence 24/7 and can easily pass on my message and the best part for me is that there were not going to be angry or argumentative customers to face or try to convience of how good my product is and ofcourse, the ability to earn good money.
I have always loved working online and spend most of my free time just browsing the net (guess its one of the reasons i get carries away when searching for niches). I have since been reading and searching for information to get me started on my journey to Starting a Homebased Online Business and I finally found WA. Two months on, and I have not had a reason to rethink the decision. I have learnt so much in a short while. I have not earn a dime yet (that is due to my not following through with the trainings as I should), but I am definitely sure I am in the right place and am now more than prepared to Start My Homebased Online Business.
Wish me luck!

Good luck! Remember the three rules I have been following all of my life. Never give up. Never give up. Never, ever, give up!
I wish you good luck and want to tell you that you can succeed. I've been helping mothers and others work at home for more than 25 years and have seen many mom success stories during that time. If you don't give up, you always have more chances to succeed!
Hi Georganne. Thank you for your kind words. I could not have met you at a better time. I currently run an NGO and I am having a get-together on sunday for women of my organisation on starting a home based business. I have invited some women who have made it in their own way working from home to give talk on how they do what they do. I will appreciate any help or advice you can give as regard this.
Glad you are enjoying being a member of WA. The best of luck with starting the business you want.

In order to start an online business do I need to be registered as a business? I moved from the UK to Spain with my husband back in November 2015. My husband is British and I am of Norwegian and Italian descent but ALL American.
