whats converting well for you guys?
Anything can convert. It depends on the visitor needing a service or product and what you have to provide.
Hi Mtanguay- I agree with Deidre. It might make sense to start developing a following first (then start e-mail marketing) once you have a list to market.
What is working for you the best marketing wise? Is it email? Social media?website building?
I'm new on WA, but from a general marketing perspective, I have a thought on this. It probably should boil down to what your target market is.
First, all the advice i'm getting here on WA indicates that the more time you devote to your website, specifically to creating valuable content, the more traffic you will attract.
Where is your target market most active? Are they on FB or Twitter? If so, follow Kyle's training on Tags closely, it should help generate more traffic.
Are they socially offline? If so, emails may be more effective. I've seen a few questions run by lately about acquiring followers on an emailing list that visitors can sign up for. Then you can offer them updates and news on your site.
Do people leave comments on your site? Maybe try engage your visitors in discussions to gather more information on the people visiting your site.
I know this is generic advice, I hope it is still useful to you.
Finally, keep posing questions about marketing and target markets. There are so many marketing wizards here at WA, and we are all learning from each other's questions.

Anything and everything can convert well. It comes down to aligning a customer with a product/service that they are interested in. This is done through RELEVANCE.
I have created a tutorial that will help you understand the customer purchasing lifecycle which is geared towards conversions. The Customer Purchase Lifecycle

does anybody know if there is a lead generator for social media so when they post something on their page about making money or finding products about making money if there is a
Just asking I seen something on YouTube of someone doing that but can't find it now thanks for the input you guys rock
You could join groups. There are a lot of groups where you can share your affiliate links and your sales page/product review.
You would have to do some searching around, I don't think a lot of the Social Media have regular searches anymore...
Sorry if I'm misunderstanding the question.
Otherwise you kind of have to just use your Social Sites to find them.
