It's Starting To Feel Real!
Hello friends!
As I leave level 3 OEC in the rearview mirror and start on the 4th level OEC it's all starting to get very real. I knew I was making a site and hopefully monetizing it one day but now that I'm starting to put my site all over social networks and getting traffic from doing so, this adventure is starting to become more real than it was seeking before.
It's not a bad thing of course, it's just that as I'm doing all of it I'm definitely stepping outside of my comfort zone because I wasn't really into social media to start out with. I do have Facebook but I was barely on it.
Now that I'm starting all these social accounts for my business it feels like a pretty big deal and at some points I have to step back and calm myself a little from the anxiety that is from stepping out of my comfort zone. It's not something I do very often as you can see.
It's not a bad thing, just something I have to get used to. It's crazy to think people from all over the world are seeing my content and the work I've put into my site. It feels great but it's a huge step for me.
Thank you all for being there every step of the way and helping me through any hurdles I have faced. I really appreciate you all and couldn't have gotten as far as I've gotten without you guys!
I have a the respect in the world for the WA community and I do consider you's to be great friends.

That's the same way I felt when I made my first eBay sales 18 years ago, Melissa--that's how I'll feel again when I get my sites the way I want them! Awesome that you're making such GREAT progress!

It's definitely full steam ahead for you and your business. Congratulations on getting your social media set up. I am now following you on Facebook and Twitter (I mentioned you in a Tweet too) and will follow you on Pinterest when I get my head around it!
They are a good source of traffic - particularly Twitter - so try to build up your following there.

I'm pretty good with Facebook but twitter and Pinterest will take some learning for me. I used to use Twitter quite a bit but it was about 10 years ago and so much has changed! I need to learn everything all over again lol

I did see a Twitter notification but I just finished putting my kids to bed so I'm off to check all my stuff now.
Thanks for letting me know Twitter is the place to be to grow traffic, I thought the best one was Pinterest.. or maybe I was hoping it was Pinterest because it's the easiest one to wrap my head around! Lol
