Understanding Branding.

Your brand is one of the most important parts of creating your business, It does not matter if your business is big or small, Now what is branding and why is branding so important.

Your brand is You, building trust, friendship, and communication with your customer. Let me give a couple of examples.

Say a singer, song writer, You choose a song and listen to it, and you like it, now the singer and song writer are building a trust in you so you listen to more songs from this one particular singer, song writer and you love it and go out and buy the cd's or down load from itunes.

Guess what ? They made a sale. Now is this not what you are trying to do here with Wealthy Affiliate ?

Frank Sinatra said it in a song, ( I DID IT MY WAY. )

Another good example, The computer. If Bill Gates would not have pushed the computer and Micro Soft, How far would Bill Gates gone in his life, It does not matter if he built the computer or had friends help build the dream, He took it to a level that we could not imagine. And he made a sale. He also made a brand, and he ( DID IT HIS WAY. )

So, Build your brand, make it from you and your heart and soul, Build that audience make them trust you, Talk to them as you are standing there talking to your friend or neighbor. Treat them how you want to be treated in life. Do not just put Items in front of them and hope they buy them,

Write your posts and make friends with your customers and let them enjoy you and your friendship and these customers will want to look at other things and buy them on your website, from trust and friendship.

Now another great tip for having your own brand.

Now make a logo,

If you are selling something be artistic and make a logo for your customers to see and remember.

If you are writing and selling programs for affiliate commissions, Make a logo That states that you are a writer, That you stand out from the crowd of writers and marketers.

Now make your website, and promotional materials, Your blogs all stand out and interconnect with your brand or logo, and make it all quality work for people to trust your reputation.

One strategy I like to do is to Join groups and communities of people that are doing the same thing I do. these people are making a very good income doing what they love. You can get involved and learn from them and get your brand out in front of a lot of people just from being involved with these groups or communities,

Another great strategy is do not put links, in every article you write, Take 2 weeks or a month of just building a friendship, building trust in your people that you want to sale to. create a news letter and get them to join and subscribe to all the information you can give them,

I even get tired of reading articles that have to many pop ups, or pushy sales pages. I enjoy reading what people have to share, and they end up friends. the trust level gets greater the more they share with their articles and information of ideas that they create. and then boom I want to check out what they sale and they just caught me hook, line and sinker. now they have a sell.

One last thing for this article,

Pricing and profit.

If people do not know you there is no profit.

If people start liking you then you can make a profit.

If you give people quality and share great content and help full information, also build the trust and help guide these people in the right direction, or teach these people new things for their dreams to come true, Then you can make Huge profits.

The better the quality, the better the help and information, the better the trust level will be and you can charge what ever you fill needed for your products, and brand.

I would rather pay more for a high quality product like WA. than some low quality product that disappeared in 30 days.
