My first referral
I got a notice a couple days ago that I got a referral. I am so excited. I hope that my new referral will find great success here at WA.
I was not sure what to do when receiving a new referral notice, so I went through and posted a personal welcome on their wall.
I also edited the auto response welcome that the got.
I will now need to go through the site and find out how to edit my auto response welcome for new referrals to not show (name) and have it auto fill with the new members name.
But I am happy to see that this process works.
Onward and upward with the help of the wonderful community here at WA.

Well done how exciting for you. I am still yet to achieve my first referral. I took a bit of a break but im back now and more determined than ever. Love hearing success stories its so motivating.

Hearing of other success is sure motivating for sure and we know it is all possible.
I have only added my WA affiliate link in a couple places so I was pretty excited to see the notice. But sadly to this point the new referral has not started. Here is hoping that will grow to more activity.
Well done Monikap. Great stuff. To edit the auto responders, just click on the black aeroplane icon and then on "Messages". You should then be able to edit the messages there. Remember to leave in the {firstname} part as this is the bit that picks up on the first name that the new person enters. It's basically a field entry that picks up their name from the database.
