Learning how to start your own business online has many challenges. From outright scams, shiny new objects, and the latest get-rich-quick affiliate marketing courses that cost upwards of $1000s of dollars...

It all feels so overwhelming.

Now, you finally find an affiliate marketing forum that promises to teach you how to make money online.

Here's the kicker: There's so much information, you don't know where to begin. What do you do, and how do you stay on track? Here are 3 Tips to avoid information overload here on WA and stay on track so that you can reach your affiliate marketing goals.

1. Follow Directions

Here on WA, there's a section called "Get Started Here". Guess what? That's where you should get started. The "Get Started Here" section was written in a logical sequence for a reason.

I know it sounds obvious, but with all of the activity here on WA, it's real easy to start roaming around all over the place. Don't. You'll get sidetracked by links to other posts, videos, etc. Before you know it, you'll be tempted to go off course.

2. Shut Out All Distractions

Before you start working on the Online Entrepreneur Certification Course, set your timer for 30 minutes. Shut down Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, emails and all other distractions.

Do not venture into the activity area of WA. During those 30 minutes, concentrate only on your Certification lesson. Take a 10 minute break (use a timer), then go back to your online course for another 30 minutes. Do this daily.

3. Finish One Project at a Time

Before you move on to the next course, or try something else here on WA, finish your Certification Course. It's fine to take breaks. But don't start any other projects or get snared by "shiny new objects", or you'll never complete anything.
