I want to edit my home page but the only option I can find is by doing with blog posts. Is there something I'm missing?
You can set this in Dashboard, choose something else for home page. But before that you have to create a separate container "page" for your blog roll. All easily done.
Can you please explain exactly where to change it in the dashboard? I must be missing it because I've been looking to change for 2 days

You need to set up your site for a "static" front page. Using that option, your site's home page can contain whatever content you'd like to display on it and your blog roll appears on a separate page that you desginate.
Hover over Appearance and click Customize (#1 below)
Look for the "Static Page" option near the bottom and click it (#2 below)
Enable the Static Page option and select the pages that you'd like to use (#3 below)

Hi, there :) Some I known that first, you need to register a affiliate link with an ID # that under your name. Then, you will copy & paste to any site you want. But first, you must ask their permission before doing anything that is illegal
