Want to upgrade to annual
You can upgrade anytime and the time remaining on your current monthly membership will be pro-rated and reflected on the upgrade fee.
I believe when you go to your page you can upgrade to annual from there.

How do I get the special offer of $49 for the first month of Premium Plus then $99/month?
Kyle has you covered here I just upgraded to premium plus, but it charged me the full $99, I just saw a special offer?
You are already a premium plus.
If someone was a premium, they may upgrade at that price for the first month. However I am not sure if that is still valid. Those may be as well under the old guidelines/rules.

It is $49/mth or $99/mth, if you upgrade for a year at a time (one time payment), you will get the discounted rate. You can move to a yearly membership at any time as monthly member and it will be pro-rated based on the time you have left on your existing month.
Premium Plus+ for a year is $697. You can move to yearly at any point:
