Have you ever reverse engineered our wonderful world of social media? How do you climb back up if everything was lost. How do you restore functionality?
I have often marveled over the resilience of mankind. This has fascinated me as much as inventiveness!
I have watched the iconic science fiction movie "The Day the Earth Stood Still" Produced in 1951, it was years ahead of its time! The remake is not worth watching. When Klatu's civilization took down the global power grid, the inhabitants of earth were reduced to stone age technology.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff were reduced to using foot messengers between the Pentagon and exterior offices. You might even be back to using carrier pigeons and smoke signals in Morse!
Even in recent years it's amazing how technology.has changed in social communication. We take Skype for granted today. 20 years ago You had to use a conference room with hardening and Voice over IP! It took forever to get a satisfactory signal. There was constant buffering!
Most recently Jay and the site support team ave performed miracles in broadcasting the WAbinars!. The buffering has been reduced significantly and this in the last year!
Imaging systems have likewise undergone a great change. No instant snaps and selfies in 1998! the use of camera systems in a mobile capacity has taken off!
I'm proud of the way Wealthy Affiliate has ridden this bow wave of technology. It's a main reason we are at the top today!

Technology can be a wonderful thing. If we were reduced back to the stone age, I would be able to survive since my grandfather and father taught me how to farm and my wife knows how to can.
