How to reply most efficiently to emails sent to my website?
Dear Community,

Its so easy to set up new emails today that I suggest you set up a business email and switch all business communications to that. A platform like outlook makes it easy to check emails without a great deal of signing out and on. In terms of what you want to receive, WA has an email filter you can apply. Go to your profile picture>account settings>select which type of emails to receive. With google, you can declare emails spam or simply block them. This is true of most email formats.
Thank you for your reply. I managed to forward emails to my business email account which I use not only for one domain.
Replying I do by using the webmail application provided here on WA so they receive it from my official domain email address and not from my business account. It does not look the same and may cause confusion

Hi everyone,
I have a question related to the SiteRubix feedback for your website.
Is this feedback actually related to the "official" website feedback from sites s
SitreRubix Feedback is for your own personal feedback of your site only. It's used to get feedback to help improve your site. It's not used in any rankings as it's just comments for you regarding your site.

I can't upgrade my Jaaxy account and I keep trying for over a week. Whenever I want to pay it says that I cannot log in (to paypal during the payment) and have to go back to Ja
I can confirm that Germany is the problem in this particular case. Recent law changes do not allow for payment subscriptions (and that's what is needed for a monthly membership at Jaaxy). I have no clue how to get around the recurring payment in DE though.
Contact kyle@wealthyaffiliate.com and explain the case to him.
Thank you, it already helps to know that it is not me who is doing something wrong . I try to get in contact with Kyle
No, but thanks for asking. I talked to the paypal guys again and there is nothing I or they can do! He simply stated that he cannot help me further after we tried a couple of things. So the only way is to ask Kyle if I can pay somehow else and not using paypal. I tihink it is because I am from Germany and there is some issue with that regarding the payment, at least I saw that others here at WA have exactly the same problem.
As I understood, the recurring payments apply only if I want others to pay something on my website. But it is me who simply wants to buy something, which is the upgrade for Jaaxy. The log in into paypal from the Jaaxy website simply does not work. But this is not related to any settings in my paypal account or an issue with my credit card. I was told so by the Paypal guy. He said it is supposed to work, but it doesn't.
No...
If you're from Germany, you can use a pre-paid card OR credit card. We have some associates from Germany. They are fine now...using Jaaxy.
I have many recurring payments. They are people who automatically withdraw FROM ME for certain accounts...for example, WA and Jaaxy.
I can use ec-card which belongs to a normal check account. I did that before and it didn't work. With this bank account you simply use another way to pay paypal. But even so, paypal is between me and Jaaxy. I have only two options to pay: 1. With an existing paypal account 2, With either a credit card or this ec-card/check account, but this will simply create a paypal account before that is supposed to do the payment.
I tried that and even put some money on my paypal account but it still won't work
You can use a credit card or pre-paid card. We have people here from Germany and they had the same choice...no problems since!
Where can they use it? As a payment for jaaxy without paypal or for the paypal account?
But what exactly do you mean by pre-paid card. Do I need to set this up somwhere? If it uses paypal again it is unlikely working.
I can send you a screenshot that shows that either way paypal is obligatory.
ok, I can try it with a prepaid card, but this I will have to enter in the same data field as the credit card details or account data. There is no extra option for this. This data field is part of the section that will create a paypal account. I am not sure if we see the same screen. I can only use an existing paypal account or create a new one, with or without prepaid card.
I can try it anyway but for what I see, I cannot avoid paypal being between me and jaaxy
But thank you for your efforts, you probably get already tired with me :-)
Try this...type your issue into the search bar. You will see others from Germany. PM or ask there.
Let's see what happens.
You're welcome! I am trying my best...lol!
Thank you again. It seems to be a country specific problem . I will need to get in contact with Kyle. Until then I simply try to use the Keyword Tool here and learn other stuff that makes me progress a little bit and not consuming my time too much, and yours afterall :-)
Well, like I said, Germany WA members are here. The search bar can be your best friend.
Kyle will help...
You're welcome!
I gather you can login to Jaaxy.
You can UPGRADE within Jaaxy.
PLAN B? Go into your PayPal. Settings. Scroll to the bottom and you can EDIT recurring payments.
Thank you, unfortunately it doesn't work. And I don't see yet any recurring payments. When I try to pay it is logging in paypal (or at least trying to ) and then it just returns and says return to Jaaxy and try to select something else. Maybe it is a problem with Jaaxy but for others it seems to work. But Jaaxy support does not reply anything
