This Works For Me
Several years ago I saw a saying that impressed me. "Today is the tomorrow we thought about yesterday." At first I laughed then I read it again. I thought about it and finally got my mind wrapped around it. I adopted it as my way of living both my personal life and my professional life. I try to apply it every day here at WA.
As I'm enjoying my morning coffee, I reflect back to what I did or experienced yesterday. Then I make a plan for the day to use that and work to improve on it in order to make my tomorrow better.
Sometimes my today entails adding something to one of my websites or researching or just going over training at WA that I've already taken. Sometimes my today is a day away from "working" and doing something entirely unrelated.
This approach has had a dramatic affect on my personal and online business life. I wake up every day happy and ready to go. It's a great feeling and it keeps me fresh. It provides me with an enjoyable way to spend my days and build my business.
I thought this might help some members who may be struggling.
Have a great week everyone!
Mike

My WA day usually starts off with my email inbox and checking out what new blogs/discussions others have created. Then I think about what happened the day before that requires my attention today. I'm from over the other side of the world, and the time zone makes a big difference to what I see in comparison to others. Some useful action everyday is my focus.
Thanks for posting this. Reminds me of a keychain I had for years: Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Like you, I had to think on it briefly but then realized that if indeed today is the first day, I'd just better well make the most of and enjoy it tio the max-cause tomorrow it may be Gone. Poof!
This is great advice. Sometimes tomorrow is just an extra blog post, and other times is a spike in traffic. The important thing is you do something to improve with every day.
