Writing Attention Grabbing Headlines
We all want to get our articles read, but to attract the most eyes to our content we have to come up with an attention-grabbing headline.
Before you say it's hard enough to write quality content without having to brainstorm ideas for a catchy headline, let me give you some good news.
It's actually much simpler than you think.
Here are some quick tips for creating attention-grabbing headlines.
- First, you need to keep it simple. Readers don't want information overload, so get to the point and keep things brief and snappy. This will elicit the response you are seeking.
- Next, you have to know your niche. Your headline must speak directly to your target niche. Always have your headline address the individual.
- Finally, you should make use of adjectives. Catchy adjectives are an excellent way to jazz up your headline. The more compelling your adjectives, the more likely you are to attract and hold someone's attention.
Hope this helps the next time you are trying to come up with the right headline.
'Til next time... learn, promote & prosper!
