Hi everyone,

Hope this finds you all well and making good progress towards your ultimate outcomes. .

As the end of the year draws to a close there are a few posts about ramping up your output to meet your end of year goals.

Another post about bringing your A-game to reach your goals, and others about putting in the work to writing good blog posts and others offering encouragement.

While all this is good, and we should not lose sight of our goals, I don't think we need to be so focused that we ignore the world around us.

A check of my email this morning and there was one from Amazon Smile, which told me that they have donated $89.79 to my nominated charity.

So a very welcome feel good start to my day. I had also donated to the charity last week as well, so I felt this gesture from AmazonSmile was a good top up to a very worthy cause.

Getting back to our goals or our ambitions. Even though I am not in the health and wellness niche, I follow a guy called Benjamin Hardy. I am sure I am not the only one in WA who does.

For those who have not heard of him, he is nerdy, but he means well, does good things and makes a lot of sense (most of the time).😎

He has PhD in Psychology and recently wrote a book about "Your future self is more important than your present self." It sold well and I have the kindle copy. Today however, he had a video about giving 100%.

While we cheer each other on using sporting terms or offering encouragement, Benjamin in this short video, actually gives a path to creating the future you want, all spelt out in every day language, with real life examples, and not a hint of anything esoteric.
