I am building a lot of sites, some of which I think would make good sales. Are you allowed to flip a site you've made through WA?
You can just put it out for sale on Flippa or wherever else, and once it's sold you will have to create a backup of the site for the buyer, and then do some DNS-changes according to where the buyer want to rebuild the site.
The best thing is to get SiteSupport help you with that.

As JHaugland mentioned below, I would talk to SiteSupport to get their feedback on exactly how it would work if you were doing it on a regular basis.
I think most buyers of new starter sites will want/need help getting the site set up on their host so you will want to know how to do that yourself. On Flippa that is service that the majority of sellers provide to the buyers as part of the fee they are earning. Thus, you may want to get hosting with Cpanel access.
