PPC Campaigns When In Doubt Keep Going
There are probably many situations where the best solution is to keep moving forward rather than standing still.
This it seems also applies to PPC, because I know many people do give up or see campaigns not working.
I spent (a bit of) the morning admiring Google AdWords, who I recently set the challenge of having to get clicks and searches to one of my posts, one that I'm finding hard to get traffic to even with a PPC campaign.
After a few days of me manually trying different options and following some of Google's advice about adding keywords and changing campaigns etc. Google presented me this morning with 6 new ad groups (that it had written for me) each with 13 keywords for this one campaign. I had to laugh because I was thinking I'll just give up at this stage but this was a real eye opener, no you have to keep experimenting and learning.
So a bit like Wealthy Affiliate, with support and perseverance we can get there. It's not about immediate results it is about asking why and what do I do next, and most importantly not giving up, just keep going.
All the best,
Marie

Thanks Marie. Good luck with your PPC campaign. I am thinking of doing some PPC ads. I would be interested in hearing how that goes for you.
Thank you, Marie!
I see time and time again, that Google appreciates being asked and communicated with in an endeavor.......
Yes and they do have a time thing where you need to be doing something for a while before they step in and offer something, but I have found them useful. I think the trick is to run a very small campaign with very little cost and then keep playing around with that.
That is great advice Marie. Often when we are about to give up, that is the time when we get a breakthrough. Many congrats on yours :)
Hang in there Marie, you can do it, It's like we get to the point where we know what we are doing just have to take a deep breath and keep going best wishes.
I have run PPC campaigns with mixed results. Unfortunately, I ran out of money. Very good way to promote your business cause you have a lot of control.
Cheers Kev
ps not sure about the Udemy idea. Why pay money when you can get all the training and advice here in the WA community.
Thanks Kev, I can see where additional training might help but Google does also seem to offer a lot of support (probably in my case out of frustration that they aren't making any money from me!)
If you can't find the training or information here search Google. There is plenty of free training available. I know Hubspot and Digital Media have lots of free training. Cheers Kev
WA is nice but if you want to get results quick you need look outside. Like Udemy, has alot of good courses for $10 - $20 explaining you exactly how to do all this.
Never thrust Google / Bing they are just a business
FYI I have ads with 2000 keywords
Good for you, I also played with the PPC lately.
But just a thought why not have a look at Udemy, before you keep on spending a lot of money.
Just an idea
