I found this note on the Credit Dashboard. Does it mean that if I cannot achieve a 5% upgrade rate from Starter to Premium members, even if I have earned more than 40 credits,
Thank you, Abie, you're amazing. I learned a lot of things from you. Keep up the excellent work.
That is correct you get paid your credits on the basis of a minimum conversion rate, if you’re not converting over 5% we need to look at the source of the traffic and work to get you converting at a higher rate as this is on the very low end and you are likely leaving lots of sales on the table.
You can drop me a private message, with your campaign information, and the flow of your referrals, and I will be more than happy to help you out and get you moving in the right direction in terms of higher conversion rates.
I wonder why the 5% requirement? it just seems like are almost impossible to get those affiliate credits, I have more than 500 and obviously are all stuck there for years. It seems the only reason is to penalize people and don't allow them to cash out the work we did. I hope you can reconsider the rules as I'm sure most users have below 5% thresholds - therefore almost nobody gets paid

Question on cash earned after promoting wa?
I found this note on the Credit Dashboard. Does it mean that if I cannot achieve a 5% upgrade rate from Starter to Premium members, even if I have earned more than 40 credits,
I wonder why there is an AND 5% threshold? If my referrals already bought WA products and I earned comissions, I think I deserve them given I bring revenue to WA. Conversion rate shouldn't matter to WA tbh... disappointing as I'm a member from Joined Jul, 2013, more than 10 years and I can't reach that threshold... but I have more than 500 WA affiliate credits - it shows how much money I bring to WA and how I don't get paid for it... I really hope they can makeit more fair and share the profits with us, that we do all the promotion.
There is no profit to WA. In that instance, they have just filled in their profile and nothing else. They havent paid any money

There bare several great options here within the WA community and listed here below.
You can do a search in WA by typing “ how to build an email list” in the search bar, and you’ll get some really great guides.

Pretty sure you will have what you need from Phil’s response. You can also do a search under the classes tab when you want to find trainings or information on a particular topic. It helps me sometimes. Hope everything works out for you.

Do you mind me asking you If theses laws applies to us ? or just European countries ?
Your privacy policy on your website can cost you thousands, if not millions in fine
I think Jeannine and Abie have said it well…if YOU collect data like ss# or credit card or other PERSONAL information then you can consult an attorney for more legal advice. But most Affiliate Marketing sites are pass-through a to the affiliate products and services and do not collect data.
-Mike
Affiliate marketing is very data lite. Affiliates don't collect the information; the advertiser does. You shouldn't collect anything more than perhaps an email address. You'll never collect the personally identifiable information of your visitors. That puts the responsibility more on the advertiser than on you. So yes, while your privacy policy is something you do need to offer, the likelihood of owing huge sums of money over it are minimal. Hope that gives you peace of mind.
Do you do any of those services? Dependent on your business, and if you do, you may like to reach out to a professional with adding clauses here vs standard ones.

Isn’t every time they buy a domain that they get those points? Any way to know
