Hi everyone,

This can certainly apply to any of us, but I will focus on me for this post.

I have used Vision Boards in the past with Success and then stopped using them over time.

They really help us focus on what we want instead of looking at what we lack. There is a difference. One is positive, the other negative.

How often do I say, "Tomorrow"? Too many times. Tomorrow doesn't even exist. There is only the Present Moment.

Where our Focus goes, so goes our Energy.

I am Happy right now where I am and I'll be the same in the future.

Happiness is a choice in my opinion.

I am free to expand the quality of my life for me and my family.

We weren't created to be satisfied with the bare minimum, but to keep growing and learning all the days of our lives.

So be it.

I'm sure I'll be adding to my Vision Board in the future, but it encompasses my Vision.

I've lived in Hawaii before for 4 years. I want to return there with Wen & Melissa Jeane. It costs money to live there.

My health is totally under my control and I need to take it seriously especially at 68.

No more of this - Oh, just one more sweet treat. It won't hurt anything. Really? It will kill me in the end!

I may not become the massive muscles in the picture, but I want to be much closer to that then where I am now.

Life is a Journey.
