A reminder of a valuable lesson I learned long ago and I had Success once again as a result.
Always Ask for the No!
No matter what its about. Don't tell a story in your head and come up with the No yourself. You might be Wrong!
Yesterday, I spent hours and numerous attempts to get into an Intuit acct that is now required to use the Turbotax Software I purchased. Even had Customer service trying to help me to no avail.
I have used them for many years. I was ready to walk away and give them a 1 star rating on Amazon where I purchased it.
I decided today to go for the No again.
1 hour 30 minutes on the call with Support and FINALLY I got access and can now use my Turbotax software to do my taxes which I need to complete in 48 hours.
I had selected alternatives if this failed and am glad I can keep using what I am familiar with and previously satisfied with.
Always let the other person tell you NO whether its a business related idea, relationship issue (Oh she won't say yes) etc... etc.
A dozen or more times I have gotten a YES that I could have easily written off as a NO in my head.

Agree; We have already started on gathering /organizing for CPA as we learned decades ago to use em for soooo many legal reasons !

It's a great step towards regulating thoughts and emotions through the rejections of life. "No's" hurt. Pushing through what's painful isn't easy but as they say, "every problem has a solution". Don't be discouraged. You'll be surprised most of the time what can come out of it. 💕
