I keep seeing the 1000 free downloadable images and was wondering if anyone could tell me about how to do that?

Melissa,

I know you posted this question a month ago... I just want to make a brief comment: it's not a thousand images, it's a million! :) You don't want them all to clutter the hard drive of your computer. If you want to save an image or a few to your computer, you can add it to your content first, then right-mouse-click on the image and choose "Save image as..." option in the pop-up menu.

Best,

~ Julia

Thank you Julie. I understand now. All the best to you as well.
Melissa

Julia I meant. Sorry about that

Tboyer had an answer for you.

Great inquiry and I hope you will find the answer in here. Whether you could or cannot, at all.

Hi Melissa.

The short answer to your question is: no.

There isn't a way to download all the images onto your computer because you can't access the hard drive (or drives) holding the images, nor has such functionality been provided by WA.

Regards,

Hi Melissa. We assume you are referring to the 1,000,000 images available in SiteContent. If so, they are really easy to download into any post you are creating there, just click on the little mountain symbol in the top menu and enter your search criteria.
If you are asking if you can download them other than into SiteContent, maybe to your desktop, then you can do this but not directly. You will need to create a 'pretend' post in SiteContent. Download the images you want into that post (no text required) and then right click on them and select "save image as" and then "desktop" or anywhere else you want to save them. Hope this helps.

Thank you I understand it now. I did not know I had to put in words. I though they should just pop up ,,,,,, lol I crack myself up

You don’t want to download them all. It would be a nightmare to navigate through them.

Exactly, I did not know I had to put a keyword first to pull them up. lolol. I am so funny

Hi Melissa, Just what Phil said, in fact there are over 1 images available. With so many you can type in a word or phrase and get several that you can download as needed.
If you want to download images to your computer you can also find free images at Canva and several other websites.
Ray

I take it these are the images available under sitecontent.
if so then they are downloadable individually.
you will need to add an article then add an image and then right click and save as for each image.
but notice that they are also available at pexcels and other image repositories.
you don't need to download everyone to use them.
have fun
