Big shoutout to the Support Team!
Hi WA team!
How many times do you have an issue that needs fixing and you email or contact the person or company that you need to help you fix the problem and then you wait...and wait some more...and finally you start getting a bit antsy because you feel like you are being ignored or shoved around like a sack of spuds and not getting anywhere.
Eventually you get yourself so worked up that you have a go at the poor person who does eventually try to help fix your problem. Then you feel bad because it isn't their fault but they just happened to be the last one in a line of frustrating calls or emails.
Well I have great news!!!
Our Support Team here at WA is AWESOME!!!
So once again I would like to say a big THANK YOU to the support team here at Wealthy Affiliates. Their response time is far superior to any IT support I have ever encountered. So I encourage you to contact them if there is an issue you can’t resolve either on the live chat or through the training.
A couple of times in the last week or so I have had to get them to help me on my website and they were brilliant.
They were quick to get back to me when they needed more info and my issues were resolved immediately.
Feel free to share your experiences in the comments below. I think it is always good to give praise or thanks when it is due.

They are fantastic, have helped me several time. One morning I sent the message, drove to my day job (5 mins, it’s a small town) and it was fixed by the time I got there.
You are absolutely right, unfortunately, I don't go to them enough and I should.

We couldn't agree more. Fortunately, we have not had to seek support that much so far but when we have they have responded really quickly, usually in minutes.
