If the comment has nothing to do with your niche, then just delete it. On your dashboard, click on Comments, hover over the comment in question and select Delete.
It is also reasonable to edit the comment slightly if there seems to be legitimacy to it.

This are all spam and this is very good weapon against the spam. Protect Your Site From Spam. Use Akismet.

Question you need to ask = Is there a group of people in this niche that have a problem and are willing to pay for the solution

I just ran synonyms for anthropology. Keep your niche, do key word search on those or other synonyms and go from there.
I would say its a wide open field. If it is what you know then you speak the language. It would be a bad niche for me because I would sound like a dipstick trying to talk about it. You can provide real insight. in the lingo. If you can get 20 articles written this month, and each only has 20 searches...that 2000 sets of eyes in a month. Thats not bad. In a specialized field, you can own it. It might take a couple of months, but it would be a forever traffic, not a trendy site that will die in a year. As long as you can find products that would appeal to the audience that you could link to, it will work if you have the passion and the content.
Thanks Sis, you have a good point. It's not like the field's going away anytime soon. That puts it in perspective.

Hello Matt. I looked in Google to see if the word "anthropology" should have enough info to write about. Since it is a study on itself, I got a lot of websites/blogs and pages concerning this topic. So go for it! Luck. G.
