Since for some reason I cannot get through to Kyle for confirmation this is the only way
I need to know precisely what is the correct date of my direct debit from my bank. My profile says the fifteenth but the bank statement says the 20th. I may have to go to hospital same as Jay did, and cannot most likely make my monthly premium payment. Cannot seem to contact Kyle anymore without being redirected. I DO NOT WANT overdraft issues right now when I am not working at all and cannot even pay the light bill or rent. Please have Kyle or whoever keeps track of the money give me the actual accurate date of withdrawal so I don't default! Thanks.

Sometimes it takes a few days from when the request for payment is issued and the actual date it leaves your bank account. This can be due to both accounts have different banks (usually two days extra) and weekends and/or holidays. If you make sure the money is in your account on the fifteenth and stays there until the 20th you've got it covered. Good luck with your health issues. ~Marion
