Just got back from the holidays
I hope that everyone had a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I am sorry that I have not been around the last couple weeks. I went away for the holidays for some peace and quiet. I needed the rest.
Things have been hectic with the holidays and needed some rest to get back in the swing of things. Got some much needed rest and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Everything is fine just needed to get away from everything for awhile.
I am glad to be back and getting back to work. I missed everyone here at WA community/family. The extra rest came in handy. I am still in recouperation from my stroke and just wasn't up to being around alot of people for the holidays so we took a mini vacation.
No where special just some peace and quiet. It was nice to be away for the last couple weeks. I was overwhelmed with the holidays and just needed some time and rest. I have been working on some new ideas for my sites. I had some quality time with my husband and it was great.
I am now ready to get back to work and get something done. I am sorry that I haven't been around but I am back to help where ever I can. It was just one of those things that I had to do for myself.
After having to deal with having a stroke has changed my life in so many different ways you will never know unless you have gone through something of a life changing experince. I am working my may back to the way things should be but I know that can never be again.
I have been forever changed with this illness. I will post again because I see the doctors on Monday and see what they have to say. So I am still working hard to make things the way they were and it can never be. I have to move on from this point forward and live my life from this point forward.
That is okay though because I am starting with a clean slate if you will. I can't be going backward I have to go forward now and start from this point forward.
I want to thank you for all your support and understanding and I appreciate that very much and I am glad to be apart of such a wonderful community/family.

Thank you, Shaunna I really appreciate your kind words. I had missed everyone here as well.
But my health comes first and I needed the rest just for a little while anyway and now I am ready to get back to work.
Maybe not full-time yet but I will be working anyway part-time a little while longer.

You have been through quite a journey! Glad you are back with us, and hope your health steadily improves.
I have been on a roller coaster of a journey and I would not want anyone to go through what I have been through. And I am happy to be back home again and it is improving each and every day. I will know more tomorrow when I see the doctors. I will keep you all posted on how I am doing.

Welcome back ! It's good to get a rest for your mind and body !
Have you ever tried serrapeptase my wife and I take it every morning 1 hour before a meal, it might help you.
It's an enzyme that dissolves dead proteins and tissues in your body it's good for inflammation , pain etc and it's all natural.
Look it up on google , my site has a lot of info on it but u can google for info it's an amazing product.

Sorry to hear about your stroke. I have had 2 strokes and heart bypass surgery. I am back to normal. see a lot of doctors. But I am as active as before strokes. Just do some things a little slower, but not much. I pray you will have full recovery and can get back to your normal activities. God bless you and your husband and family.

I am working back to my activities but only doing it slower that's it. I am getting there though but at a slower pace.
