I can successfully send emails from my WA webmail (atmail), however, I am not able to receive email messages into this account.
Can someone shed some light on this probl
Have you checked out the other e-mail plugins. Possibly go with the most updated and popular one.
I took your advice and opened a ticket for site support. You were right. They had to fix an internal glitch. Now it works ok :)

Raise this with WA site support. Be sure when answering the questions that you answer YES to the "Is this related to your website?"
Thanks David! It was the SSL that was turned off. I have no idea how that could have happened. But it was an easy fix just going to the Site Manager and clicking the DETAILS tab , the scrolling down to the items that should be ON

What is my WA link to refer friends and use on social media?
Head to the dollar sign at the top of your account then choose links and tracking your main links are there ... You may have to shorten these links or mask them using pretty link plugin especially on Facebook as they don't seem to like them.
