Me,Life and my Brain Important or Insignificant
Walked out the back door tonight to stretch the legs, Total silence but the total darkness was illuminated by one very large bright moon.
It was then that I remembered that tonight we could observe a super moon or pink moon in the night sky. The brilliance of this celestial mass has been quite happy to orbit our world for billions of years observing our human madness night after night. We occasionally stop and glance up and realize it's still there but we take it for granted, even if we can't see it.
We do the same thing with our relationships unfortunately. Important or insignificant that is the quandary, with regards to the brilliant moon tonight that many don't realize exists we are insignificant, our life span a mere blink of an eye in its existence.
I sometimes wonder about life, space the universe and all the galaxies out there and wonder if I could live long enough would I be able to understand the relevance and appreciate the beauty of it all. Sadly I don't think I would because we are human and as brilliant as we are we have a shortcoming, and Achilles heel so to speak, we are always looking for the next big thing, never quite content with what we have or who we are with, We seen to miss what is right in front of us some times because were too busy striving for what?. I asked are we Important or insignificant earlier.
Tonight let's take the time to be both, be important for that person you love more than yourselve. Take their hand and just let them know how much they mean to you. Walk outside and look at our super moon and reassure them that even though we are very insignificant in the scheme of things they are as important to you as the moon is important to the balance of the universe.
Food for thought people, stop and realize things are never as bad as they could be, and no matter how bad the day was you always have the moon to look up at in the night sky and wonder.

Thanks for your blog. You'r right. We tend to over dramatise things. We I know I do.But it always ends up ok. I saw some friends on the weekend. They are into the conspiracies of the Covid virus. I just cant get into that. Haven't we got enough to worry about? Thanks Jen
