When it is time to update a version of WordPress, or plug ins, do you all do that?
Does it ever cause problems, or are they pretty good at installing updates without wreck
The minor wordpress updates are more for small security fixes and bugs that have come to light. Rather than big changes in how it works.
So very unlikely a plugin won't work after a minor update. Most popular plugins will be updated very quickly, if need be.
I usually wait a week or so before updating. Just in case there are any reports of things going haywire.
All my sites are on 4.1 with no issues with plugin compatability.
Thank you so much for your very quick reply. I noted that my other 3 sites all had the updates already, and seemed quite similar, so I just went ahead and updated everything. Just went through and checked everything out and it is all running smooth, so your suggestion was right on the money.

Must I really use a question mark in every subject I create?

Hi. I used one of the endless free sites we have on siterubix.com to create a play site, one that I can learn as I go without worrying if I mess up or not. At the same time I
Yeah, after over a week of no access, today I tried changing my pass word and still I couldn't get access. So I was like, forget it, the site served its purpose. It has been deleted. Hopefully this is an issue that will only occur with siterubix.com sites.
I would like to thank you both for responding to my question. I am happy that if this had to happen, it happened to that site and not an important one.
It's probably something that only Support can fix if the error is coming from the server.
But try deleting cookies & clearing your browser cache. Then login again. Or login from a browser you haven't used to access your site before. If you still get the error, contact Support.
My sentence must end in a question mark apparently?

I didn't have any issues after updating WP to 4.1.
