Bipolar slump and a bit of burnout
Oh dear, so I nearly made it!!
Yes I am talking about the school holidays. I was attempting to keep up the pace of a new post every week day even though my kids are home with me. (Alone because hubby has no leave)
To do this I have waited until everyone is in bed, including my hubby! This means since 15 December I have been working from 10pm - 2am every day....
They go back to playschool on Monday and I have now had enough, I can't keep it up.
Now even my manic bipolar can't keep me going. I suppose I have to admit when I am beat and just run with it! Oh well, that's it from me until Monday!
Catch up with you all then!

This is about pacing yourself and enjoying the journey, I have to admit over the holidays I did not get much done with family visits etc, have a rest and come back to it
I am as guilty however I have said I have to get the balance right this year, hope things are a bit better for you
Hi Lynne,
It looks like you're making great strides, so don't be too hard on yourself. You've already accomplished more than many do.
Breaks are necessary on occasion.
Every day is a fresh start and a new opportunity.
Cheers.
Hi Chris, yes I know. Damn I have to admit I am beat here LOL. There is just no going forward... I have to rest until Monday. An enforced holiday!
Yeah I know, if I carry on another day I can feel that I will burn out so I have decided to take the last few days and relax a bit. Maybe just chat a bit and mess around, but no posts... can't do it!

Katie is absolutely right. Your body-including your brain- is telling you something. Throttle back a bit. No rats chasing you.
You are doing well and your writing is very good. The training on feedback was excellent. Be nice to yourself. You deserve it....Dick
Thanks Dick, much appreciated :) Rested and well now, ready for 2016
