I created my first training tutorial with 4 pages. When I hit save and publish only the first page showed. Is this common?
It should show the first page but there is a bar at the bottom with a previous button on the left and next button on the right. You have to scroll to next page. When creating the training, you have to save each page individually and add additional pages.

I just noticed that a domain I purchased via SiteRubix does not list me as the owner. It shows Domain Shield as the owner. Why?
Verify your domain ownership with Google Search Console: 1. Domain Name Provider (WA will do that through the site support), 2. Google Analytics, 3. HTML Tag, 4. Google Tag Manager, and 5. HTML File upload.
That's just because you have privacy protection enabled by default. Your are the owner, this is just what other people will see, because it's protecting your privacy. So nothing to worry about.
If you bought the domain name then you are the owner of it. Part of the package is Domain Privacy which means that spammers won't be able to obtain your email address and phone number to send you emails and phone calls offering you their products and services.
That doesn't mean that they take your earnings or anything like that. Its just the domain is a subdomain of WA. That's why its recommended that you buy a domain because then you're the owner of the domain.

Customizing the front page does depend on your theme and/or your ability to code. But you can set the 'front page' as your 'posts page' within the WordPress settings. Which will make the post excerpts (previews) appear on the front page.
