How to follow back people on G plus easy
In the past, G+ had the option to see who the new followers were, but not anymore. But I found out it's very easy to find them in your list of followers.
1. Go to people
2. Click on the "followers" tab in the horizontal bar
3. Click on Ctrl + F
4. Fill in follow
5. click on the next arrow
(I have translated some words because my G+ is in Dutch)

How timely. I was looking at G+ yesterday and trying to understand what it's purpose. IS it only for sharing and staying connected to those selected, or for another reason Loes.
Those selected on followers, are already following you, and you can choose to follow them back, the purpose is, that when you share interesting stuff at G+ they might share it amongst their network, and that can result in new followers and sales
Yes, I've been lagging behind for a few months now, and I don't expect things to really pick up again until after our elections here in NZ. I've limited my activity here to responding to members that comment on my profile and private messages; welcoming new Premium members; and the occasional comment on members blogs. But thanks for the message, there are over 8,000 members here who took the time to follow me and I intend to give value to those members. Enjoy the rest of the week Loes :-)

You speak better than me, that's for sure. If I speak English I think in between words so I take time completing a sentence. I get difficulty in writing.
In many cases, I have to rely on Grammarly and Google translate, and it will always be visible that I am not a native English speaker. But that will be more common online now we globalize this planet more and more
