They will typically ask you for FTP info and your domain name; they'll set up a siterubix subdomain and upload files. Then, you can check everything is okay before you point your domain to WA servers.

You used to be able to do it with a backup and restore, but WA blacklisted all the relevant plugins. I suggest you point your domain name to WA: When Your Domain Is Hosted Somewhere Else Once it's propagated, Site Support will be able to transfer your website for you.
yes my domain name is actually in WA already what i want to achieve is getting my website professionally completed and then move it into WA its the website i want to move

Click on the money sign on top right of home page. I asked this very question when I got started.
The only stupid questions are the ones you don't ask. Just click on the $ sign in the WA menu and there it is!

the webmail address is the one you set it up for it is independent to the wa login details
clicking on the web mail tab in sitemanager will show you the login details

The imaged i loaded into my site is not allowing me to crop it or move it its just a permanent pictu
it doesn't respond to cropping moving or copy paste nothing and i can delete it can some one give a clue into what i have done
