I am reviewing a book from Amazon. Do I need to come up with my own description of the book or can I use the description that is on Amazon? Coming up with my own description is
You should definitely write your own descriptions of books you review. Each post you write for your site should be at least 1,000 words long, so even if you copied the Amazon blub, that wouldn't be enough to describe the book!
Amazon is very clear that you should not use content from their website, whether that be product descriptions, pictures, prices, star ratings, or product reviews.
There are ways to leverage those types of content (with a plugin), but they should not be copy/pasted onto your website.
Thank you. I must have misunderstood because I thought Amazon wanted us to use their images. Good thing I haven't published the review yet.
I would write my own description of what the book is about. Just summarize it in your own words.
It's your book and you want it to have your own personal signature on it.

I m reading the responses and a little confused. It was said that you don’t use amazon pics when reviewing a product. Yet when you are on your amazon account and getting link- it gives you the option link only a photo of the product. And Kyle talks in the training of having a pic of the product.
So why can I not use the photo of the product?

I'm still confused about this as well. I have scratched the review due to my confusion.
