The immense value of Wealthy Affiliate

I think most of you are aware of the value of Wealthy Affiliate and I have seen the value from the very beginning. However, it never stops amazing me. Now I have another reason to be astouned.

Do you know how much would you pay for all the advice you get here from other members for free? Advice regarding SEO, Wordpress issues and many other things?

Invaluable advice of members

Lately, I got two invaluable pieces of advice. One from Marion regarding YouTube channel settings and I'm very grateful I could change my settings for better. Another advice was indirectly from Dave who asked a question that raised my interest.

The question was about Ubersuggest: whether someone else uses it and what experience they have, if I remember well. I have never heard of Ubersuggest before. Surprisingly I have never heard of Neil Patell either. I live in Europe, you know. Someone who is a big star in America may not necessarily be as famous in my small country.

SEO Audit

I looked it up and found out it was possible to have a SEO audit done there. You just type the name of your website and wait for the audit results.

There's no point adding a new website there if you have only a few articles published and if you do the SEO according to Kyle's and Jay's advice. But I also have a website from 2015 with a bunch of pages and articles. This website gets me clients for my English lessons.

I typed the name there and got audit results in a minute. To my surprise (or rather not, what could I expect) there were several serious issues I didn't know about. I had some meta description missing, no alt atributes at pictures, content too short and many other issues at particular posts and pages. As it showed me exactly what and where to find it, improvements can be made.

Work on improvements

Today is the day I've been working on that. Missing meta description appered to be pain in the ass as in some cases I have to rewrite the content completely. I'm only half way through but still very grateful that I found out what were the problems!

Again, if there wasn't the question about Ubersuggest, I would probably never have found out what issues were impairing my ranking that were getting worse in time even though I published a few new articles there in the last months. Every month my average ranking was a bit lower. I didn't know why.

There are companies offering to do SEO for your website regularly or to perform an audit for you. They charge you for that and it is quite a long. And you still don't know for sure whether they help you or not. You still have to do the writing part.

That's the immense value we get at Wealthy Affiliate. You get information and help all the time. The membership covers the training and hosting. As a bonus to that, you get advice and help of experts. That is truly invaluable.

Now I'm off to do the other half of the improvements. Still two articles to be modified or rather rewritten I think and then work on other minor issues.
