I'm ready to start my e-mail subscription. I'm reading a lot of articles on the topic, and it look to me that there is no point to start with signing option until I have some Freebies to offer.

There are few options i found people are offering:

  • Free printable
  • option to print article
  • classes
  • e-book

I would like to hear your opinion on the topic. Maybe you can point out if there are any WA training on the subject.

  • Which e-mail service to use?
  • What freebies to offer?
  • thank you in advance.

Hi Sandra , thank you so much for pointing to your blog it is very impressive. i will be using it as a guidance.

I think Kyle speaks of Aweber in one of his trainings. Hope that helps!
Sheila

thank you so much Sheila will check

This looks like great advice. Thanks for asking, lavera and thanks for the responses.

Depending on your niche there are freebies you can download from the net and then offer them as an incentive to signing up to your list.
There is a program called SumoMe that's doing the rounds on WA and that lets you connect to whatever email responder.
One such as MailChimp lets you create groups for different products.
Hope this helps you out and if not get back to me ok.
Have a nice day.

Thank you, Robert, so much I check sumome, not sure if I'm totally ready for it but fascinating about download from a net ( frightened of copywriting ) do you have any examples. Hope someone can create a tutorial about freebies

No probs. As I said there are lots of sites where you can download free eBooks/PDFs on virtually every subject under the sun.
Here's one you might like to browse -

The best idea is to type in whatever your Niche/Interest is forward slash free eBooks and PDFs.

Works for me every time and don't worry about copyright - if they are free then you can use them.

Have a nice day.
Robert

thank you Robert for excellent tips, WA community is the best!!!

No probs and you enjoy the day.
I'm off out now for a few hours so maybe catch you later tonight if you're around.
Robert

Same as fishing - you throw the bait and the fish takes the bait and then you slowly reel them in but, I do not fish!!!!

Dear Paul, so I know precisely what you mean, your example is an excellent analogy to what we are trying to accomplish here. I do fish and can spend hours in waiting.

Thank you for your words

Yes, it is true, you must first provide value of some form in order to get people to respond. i give away an ebook for a subscriber email on my site. than follow up with more value. I use a free email responder service called Mailchimp

Frank it is so cool, i wish i can write e-book. For me writing is a big challenge even to write a post it may takes days :).

lavera, there are sites that you can go and get these ebooks to sell or give away. they are available in most every niche. you don't have to write them yourself

Frank i'm not familiar with those sites do you have any suggestions to find them.
thank you luba
