Not sure if I am just over exhausted or not but I have hit a road block. What do you write about to keep your site alive. If I don't post for even one day the views drop like mad. I'm running out of ideas.. Help !! lol

I agree with Cindy and don't knock yourself out.

Your post on baking soda home remedies was an awesome idea. The world of home remedies is endless. My wife uses vinegar for countless things including ants and pests outside. I've made my own monitor and tv screen cleaner for years. Probably the best furniture polish I've ever seen came from some concoction that my wife put together. I LOVE home remedies... (-;

I've said this before only because it works for me...

Walk away...let your stats/views go...they will come...

You can't always force your way out of writers block..I've been in a funk all week myself..I had to let it rest for a couple of days...and have done nothing but spend time reading through posts here on the site...and responding when I feel I have something to say....reading and learning.....putting my own site/s out of my head....

now today.... I have started to get motivated again and thinking a bit clearer....

For your site..think of some other great family recipes to add (if you MUST do something to the site)..simple things to add can actually be significant...I've reviewed your site...I personally would love to see more family recipes I can try out...(pull out the old handwritten recipes...you don't have to think about what's on them..just add them to the site....household cleaning tips passed down from grandma...auntie Gin...etc... ;-) You know what I'm saying...

Don't pressure yourself with daily view counts...think of the long run.....Walk Away for a bit!...Deep Breath....Breathe!

Yes Google Alerts is a great recharger!

I just wrote this blog post on how to find content with Google Alerts:

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/patsyc/blog/google-alerts-is-the-best-for-finding-content#

I am also going to publish another blog post for another way to find ideas for content. It's called YouTube DIY Videos for your niche.
I just finished typing it out and will post it shortly.

We all get writer's block along the way.

This is a question that gets asked a lot. Teresa's advice on giving yoursf time to rest is one that you should not ignore.

I like to read through magazines to get ideas. Bo had recommended searching for sites in your niche, then looking at the questions that are being asked, and try to find solutions.

Take a look at the the responses from Kaju's question:

I'm experiencing the same. Let's just wait for the proper time surely it will come.

Sounds like you may be exhausted. Give your mind a rest. Look back at what your niche is about and who your target audience is. Try doing a Google search on related ideas and something will spark! We all get blocked at times. No need to worry! Good luck to your success!

I wouldnt check your site daily and expect to see constant upswing. Just keep steady, it will grow in time.
Go back and read some of your ealier posts and see if that sparks any ideas for new content.

That's a tough one! What's your site about?

I have 2
www.wealthhealthandromance.com
that is pretty much what it says lol

www.cupcakesandcaviar.org
is more food and recipes.
