Just a quick update on my Linkedin Progress...
Connections on LinkedIn
This is a screenshot from earlier today when I had just over 1000 connections. I'm up to 1077 now.
I've noticed that LinkedIn are suggesting I connect with more & more influential connections as my influence grows. Even a few high profile figures. Very exciting when they accept my invitation!
What's encouraging is how quickly the stats are increasing.
Career Advisor Program
Plus the Career Advisor program is off to a great start.
I made 3 awesome connections through the program today.
LinkedIn Publisher Article
My first ever article on LinkedIn has been well received. Will definitely publish a few more articles on LinkedIn Publisher in the next few weeks.
Thanks to my Mom, Carrie, Elaine & Kemdi for your support, likes and comments on my post.
Meeting fellow Wealthy Affiliate members on LinkedIn has been an added bonus. And boost.
I am officially hooked on LinkedIn.
Definitely the easiest network to grow by far.

LinkedIn is one of my top platforms I use, you can definitely make insane connections on there and there are even LinkedIn local meetups as well. Awesome work...keep going!
Honestly, I think my biggest hesitation is the fear of my current contacts judging me (for lack of a better way to put it). I’m totally changing career paths and I know it’s far more my ego than anything. As they say...it’s time to put my pride to the side!

I was also quite flummoxed at the beginning, Tom. Getting a couple of lessons from a LinkedIn expert really helped enormously.
I've been hearing both positive and negative about LinkedIn, as far as using it to promote a business opportunity like WA. If one is not careful he/she would just come across as an unwanted scammer, instead of promoting what could be a 100% legit opportunity to people who themselves are serious about being educated on how to create success financially through owning an online business.
After reading your article, Laura I might just give some serious thought to at least looking into it. I do have a LinkedIn account already. Might as well use it, being careful to follow the protocols established by that site.

I've got my page for business and am just starting out. No follows yet. I glad to hear that LinkedIn is a good platform to get followers and to publish articles. I will emphasize it as I start my Social Media marketing. Thanks for sharing. Ted
