Hi, Cori. You will only receive a notice if someone signed up through the link just like any of the other affiliate links.

If you share a banner from WA on Facebook, does it get tracked back to you?

You can use your affiliate code. Just as a note Facebook don't like links sending traffic away. So when you have a post like that not many people will see it. I would suggest just have a post where people respond like "who here would like to build their own website? and everyone that says yes you reply with a copy of your link. Facebook favors engagement.
You will need to use your affiliate link so that it gets tracked back and you get credit if someone signs up. The code is underneath each of the banners.
