You can create a disposable email for sign ups. Some sites will block you so it does not always work. In this case you should set up a Yahoo, Gmail or Aol email to avoid a ton of spam from your random sign-ups.

you just create an email with Anything@mailinator.com

then go to

http://adf.ly/r4zcO

and enter Anything in the box and you will see your email. You should know that anyone can do this as well (if they know what you chose as your prefix (Anything), so don't use for private or confidential or sensitive emails.

If you have hosting you can set up a "catch-all" email whereby anything@yourdomain.com will be forwarded to an email of your choosing. If you start to get a bunch of spam to anything@yourdomain.com, you can block or automatically discard all email to this address!
