Growing up, one of 14 children, meant there was not enough money to send us to college. I worked 3 jobs and went to night school to get my education.
Over the years I have helped several friends set up home based businesses but could never find the right fit for me to start my own. I've always had a heart to have my own business. I thought owning a car wash was a good one, or a gas station.
After working anywhere I could and taking breaks to travel for several months at a time, at 30 years of age, I decided it was time to grow up and buy a house. About two years later I met my husband. After working in the business world for over 25 years I retired to raise our children. Big sacrifices were made for me to stay home, but it was worth it to see our well adjusted kind hearted children as they grew.
I was sick for the past two years and this put a huge financial burden on our family. So now with that burden, one daughter in college and our son not far behind it is time for me to go back to work. They still need me at home so working from home would be the perfect fit. I tried several things but none stuck. This one seems like a perfect fit for me if I can figure out how to do it. I am a hard worker and determined to learn as best I can. Wish me good luck! It's a big learning curve. Almost like learning a new language.
