Create a Wordpress Site with CPanel Hosting

If you are familiar with C Panel and you have access to C Panel it is really quite easy to create a wordpress site for free. You basically go to your domain i.e. http://yourdomain.com/cpanel and log in with your username and password. You go to to software/services section. Then go to quick install (I preferred fantastico but hostgator discontinued it). Click on quickinstall.
On the left side you will see Wordpress as a choice among tons of other choices

Your installation is ready. You can access it now by going here. If there is any login information, it will have been sent to the email address you provided.
Admin Area: http://SUBDOMAIN.YOURDOMAIN.com/wp-admin
Username: YOUR NICKNAME
Password: SOME NONSENSE, CUT AND PASTE AND EMAIL TO YOURSELF or Change when you log in.
OK, YOU ARE ALMOST DONE!
IT MAY TAKE A LITTLE WHILE FOR THE SITE TO SHOW UP ON THE WEB SO BE PATIENT. THEN POST http://SUBDOMAIN.YOURDOMAIN.com/wp-admin
IN YOUR ADDRESS BAR, LOG IN WITH YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD
UPDATE YOUR WORDPRESS VERSION IF YOU WISH, DELETE POST, SAMPLE PAGE AND COMMENTS, MODIFY
go to Users section, modify the password to something you may remember and save it.
Go to appearance and change it. If you want a simple free header go to cooltext: http://adf.ly/r52Mo. Save your header text as a banner in the correct size, usually 1260 x 240 pixels.
Go to comments and write something. Add a few pages. To get ideas for pages, you can go to http://adf.ly/r52fA put your key term in the search box and scroll to the bottom of the page, usually there are related search terms.
Change the theme to something more appealing. Get free themes at http://adf.ly/r52tM
