Hey guys

So seeing how most blogs have email newsletters I am wanting to start one but don't have a clue how to do so. Can you tell me is there is a plugin to install the

Like Steve below I use aweber too. While there is a fee, it's pretty decent one... I just got into the program relatively recently, so haven't played much with it, but it's very straight forward and gives you a step-by-step runthrough on getting the whole system onto your website... Helps for people like me who may not necessarily be able to figure it out on their own... :)

I've used aweber.com myself and it was good, just not free.
I'm looking into www.listwire.com currently. It sounds like it has all the features you'll need and it's 100% Free. It's worth a look I figure.

Free is good! I'll look into it :) Thanks!

I'd avoid Listwire like the plague, they add their own sometimes highly inappropriate ads into your outgoing emails and are free to use your list for their own purposes. It's worth bearing in mind that if you're not paying, you are the product. If you don't fall foul of their exclusion list, you can start with free services such as MadMimi http://www.madmimi.com However, do check their excluded categories at https://madmimi.com/legal/terms as if you breach their terms they're likely to delete your lists without warning and threaten you with a $250 fine! There's training on setting up and using MadMimi here:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/setting-up-a-free-mailing-list-with-madmimi Mailchimp http://www.mailchimp.com also offer a free service but again with similar excluded categories: http://mailchimp.com/legal/acceptable_use/ :) Rich.

@RICH, Thanks for the info about Listwire. Maybe I'll stick to aweber. It wasn't that expensive.

I just talked to a fellow marketer about this earlier today and he told me that the only platform that he has stuck with is aweber.com

ok cool
I'll check it out :)

Thank you!

Hey guys

I have started to build my facebook page up, added a few links to articles on my website and an affiliate link to WA.

How should I go about getting likes?</

That's cool, I hope things work out for you this time around! Congratulations on the baby girl! :) My daughter is seven now, it's pretty awesome ;)

Honestly the last time I had a popular facebook page was quite a long time ago as ive been out of im for a couple years. When I did it though I made sure there was enough content that it was interesting and could provide at least 5 minutes of looking through. Once that was done, I had a few friends like it and shared some posts, this made it take off a bit. After this I contacted some other pages that I had been involved with ( I stress get permission before you share, as all it takes is for the admin to block you and you just lost out on a possible HUGE visibility venue) Once you start being able to share things on some popular pages and if you actually have good content then it can explode. Like with everything in this business, the content that you create, in the end, will decide if people stick around to see more or find it worth sharing. This is just my 2 cents :D

Thank you for the info
I'm starting to realize this is all going to take some time to get rolling but I'm still excite about it and look forward to everything growing :)
If you don't mind me asking, what caused you to get out of im?

Yes it will take some time. I started with WA when it was a whole completely different monster. I still remember when webinars began lol. The funny thing is, everything that members had been requesting back then has been granted (Chat, more videos, different and way way easier layout etc etc) its amazing how this place has evolved into an even better place to learn. As far as why I quit, it sure wasn't because I wanted to, I just had a lot of different life happenings that made it impossible to pay for the training (no free WA back then lol) I was also working two fulltime plus side jobs till last dec. And on top of it all my first daughter was born in january lol. I am now back though, I don't have the time I used to but I still have the drive (even more of a drive now that I have an actual reason to want to work at home) Anyways, if you have any more questions feel free to ask, I'm pretty outdated and things have changed but I'm always more than happy to help people out or at least try and point them in the right direction :D
