I keep loosing info in a new blog which is really upsetting I've been working on it for two days and it keeps freezing, wont let me add new pics and i loose updates before i get
I suggest creating a hosting support ticket here:

You can also find this within the SiteRubix menu under the "SiteSupport"(to the left). This is where you should go if you ever have loading issues with your website or if you accidentally do something that adversely impacts your website.
In this case, it could be stemming from several things including certain plugins you have installed or the theme that you are using.
This support is 24/7 and upon submitting your ticket we will look into it right away Laoise!
thanks I'll get onto that. I've also just found an issue with trying to open a gravatar account its says my email is already listed, yet i cant see any emails when i try to create a new password.
If you are getting this message you would have created a gravatar account at some point. Their system is recognizing your account.
You can always create a new domain specific email account and set up a brand new gravatar.

You need an opt-in form for something like this. There are plenty of options for auto responders, paid and free. I use the free package of Mailchimp but I do know that Aweber is very popular.
