Hey all, I used the new Jaaxy AI thingamabob and here’s the results…
I searched for keywords based on my new website Geeky Thing which is all about movies and I am starting with the greatest era for film, the 80s.
The three top keywords/questions etc that Jaaxy gave me are as follows…
1: What Defines 80s movies?
Monthly search - 12,000
SEO - 70 Good
PPC - 30 Poor
Social - 60 Medium
I went with this one based on the amount of searches. If you tweak the question around the keyword then I believe the PPC will increase.
2: What are the best 80s Movies to watch?
Monthly Search - 4,000
SEO - 70 Good
PPC - 75 Good
Social - 80 Good
3: Why are 80s Movies so popular today?
Monthly searches - 3,000
SEO - 80 Good
PPC - 50 Medium
Social - 65 Medium
Both of these can open a huge debate on social if they are done the right way and could also get really good engagement in the comments.
Thanks for reading!
Tony
Some solid research here, Tony with lots of opportunities to build traffic.
Well done!

I am sure many of you know by now, I have a plethora of niche ideas. Seeing how this is now football season here in America, I decided to look for keyword treasures in that niche.
Both NFL and CFL football in America is a HUGE niche market, far too broad to target unless you focus on a specific aspect of the niche. I decided to focus my search on College Fantasy Football.
Kyle told me a couple of weeks ago he has Cameron (Cam) Skattebo on his fantasy football team. Cam Skattebo is a 23 year old rookie running back for my favorite NFL team, the New York Giants.
Kyle said he had seen him rise during his college days at both Arizona State and Sacramento State. Seeing how both College Football and Fantasy Football are popular, I searched for relative keywords.
HERE IS WHAT I FOUND
(If any of you are in this niche, feel free to use these keywords for your website)
How Does DraftKings Fantasy Football Work
Monthly Searches = 45,000
SEO = 75 Good
PPC = 65 Medium
Social = 70 Good
Intent = Learn
Best Fantasy Football Sites
Monthly Searches = 30,000
SEO = 75 Good
PPC = 70 Good
Social = 80 Good
Intent = Compare
Even though Fantasy Football involves both NFL (National Football League) and CFL (College Football League) players, if your niche is dealing with college football players, people will also be interested in gear like player jerseys.
College Football Gear
Monthly Searches = 12,000
SEO = 75 Good
PPC = 80 Good
Social = 70 Good
Intent = Compare
(See attached images below)
In my opinion, if you choose American style football as your niche, do not overlook the players at the college level. They tend to be more explosive in play because they are auditioning for the NFL scouts.
Another aspect about college football players in this niche is that they tend to be a wild card when it comes to choosing them for a fantasy football league, because they are basically unknown.
This makes the College Fantasy Football niche a good sports niche to choose if you are into sports here in North America. I hope Kyle does well with Cam Skattebo on his fantasy football team.
Hello all!
Well for this weekly challenge. I chose to do on how to relieve sinus pressure and here the 3 main keywords that I thought were interesting.
1.) How to ease sinus pressure
2.) Sinus pressure relief exercises
3.) Natural remedies for sinus pressure
Well the reason for these three keywords is because I am obviously coming down with a slight cold 🤧 but working on getting better at the moment. I'm going to be making hot tea 🍵 after I post this. ;)
Plus I have found these over the counter relief medicines that are supposed to bring relief to the sinuses and cold like symptoms.

This week’s Jaaxy Keyword Treasure Hunt was a real adventure with the new version of Jaaxy!
My top 3 keyword treasures:
1. top affiliate marketing trends in 2025
Monthly search: 2,500
SEO: 70 (good)
PPC: 45 (medium)
Social: 85 (excellent)
Intent: Learn
2. how to start affiliate marketing without a website
Monthly search: 15, 000
SEO: 75 (good)
PPC: 65 (medium)
Social: 80 (good)
Intent: Learn
3. affiliate marketing strategies 2025
Monthly search: 5,000
SEO: 70 (good)
PPC: 50 (medium)
Social: 70 (good)
Intent: Learn
Why I chose them:
Each is a clear long-tail search phrase people type when they want step-by-step guidance or up-to-date ideas.
They are headline-friendly - perfect for blog posts, videos, and short social clips (more ways to drive traffic).
They are ready to turn into lead magnets, email content, and product pages. Real potential to earn and rank.
How I’ll use them in my business / content plan:
top affiliate marketing trends in 2025 → publish a long-form guide (2,000+ words) with sections: AI tools for affiliates, short-video tactics, privacy changes & compliance, niche micro-influencers, evergreen offers. Include an email opt-in “Top 10 Trends cheat-sheet” to capture subscribers.
how to start affiliate marketing without a website → create a practical step-by-step guide + 5 short videos showing how to start using social profiles, email, and YouTube Shorts. Add a downloadable checklist (lead magnet) pointing to a SiteRubix starter funnel.
affiliate marketing strategies 2025 → create a comparison-style guide (beginner vs advanced strategies), include case studies, and link to my product/affiliate tools pages on newtoaffiliatemarketingcom.
Paul.
Thank you, Kyle.
I have been down since last week but didn't want to miss the challenge.
I like the new Jaaxy tool integrated into the platform.
I also realized that the old Jaaxy tool is still available outside to WA. I was concerned about loosing my old saved keywords.
Will the old Jaaxy be remain accessible outside Wealthy Affiliate?
My keyword search was “dry eye myths”
Here are the top three keywords it came up with, which I will use for a blog post on my dry eye website:
1) dry eye treatment myths
2) dry eye syndrome misconceptions
3) myth busting dry eye causes
Here are a couple top questions it came up with:
1) how to relieve dry eye symptoms effectively?
2) what are common myths about dry eyes?
Finally, here is a great cluster it gave me:
How to debunk dry eye myths.
Kyle, the new Jaxxy seems promising. I am looking forward to seeing how it plays out in real time.
I am wondering what happened to “Site Rank”? Is this feature still available? If so where is it?
Thanks,
Mark
Those are excellent searches, Mark. You’ve clearly thought through what people are searching for and what fits your niche best. That’s the kind of precision that turns research into real progress. Keep refining that skill — it only gets sharper the more you use it.
Excellent research, Mike. Your keywords clusters are a pinpoint and interconnected that will make your article connect well to one another.
Paul.

Being involved in online business for a number of years now, one would think that beginning or creating an online business is obvious to everyone. But it isn't!
Yesterday, I spoke to an old friend after about 20 years. She told me how she has been out of job for several years now, and wanted to know whether I was still into the sector of activity we both were in at the time.
When I told her that I had left it, and am now into making money on the internet. She was like: “Wow, you have to teach me how to use the internet to make money too!”
Our conversation reminded me of how so many people out there would love to make money online, and underscores the fact that online business is here to stay!
That has led me to picking the Online Business Niche.
The idea I explored was: Start an online business today.
The three keywords I uncovered (my top three keyword treasures) are as follows:
1. Start an online business from home: Search volume: 1,200; SEO Score: 90 (Excellent)
2. How to market your online business: Search volume: 2,000; SEO Score: 85 (Excellent)
3. Launch your online business using AI: Search volume: 1,500; SEO Score: 90 (Excellent)
Reasons why I chose these keywords and how they could be used in my business or content strategy:
The three keywords I chose respond to needs expressed by the three main levels of online business owners:
The first keyword (Start an online business from home) appeals to online business starters - people like my friend who are increasingly turning to the internet in search of an income.
The second (How to market your online business) is of interest to intermediary online business owners, who represent the majority, but who – at the same time – struggle to properly market their online business.
And the third (Launch your online business using AI) is aimed at the advanced online business owners – those who are seeing results, but who need the support of AI to achieve more.
Good keyword selection, Trodvies! You’re hitting both curiosity and buying intent, which makes your content more flexible. It’s great to see people using Jaaxy this way to plan ahead instead of just guessing what might work. Nicely done.
Thank you for your kind comment and the perspective underscored in it, Israel!
Great choice, Trodives! All your keywords are excellent with good monthly traffic and they all linked to online business. Well done!
Paul.
Yes, they are, Paul! Thanks for reading and for the comment; much appreciated!
You are welcome, Trodvies.
Paul.
