Hey Everyone,
An exciting announcement for you today! We have launched the new Bulk Writing Platform at Wealthy Affiliate! This tool has been highly requested, and we’ve been eager to bring it to you.
Now, you can create multiple articles simultaneously with incredible efficiency. Let me walk you through how to use this game-changing platform and show you just how powerful it can be for your content creation efforts.
Key Takeaways:
- Accessing the Bulk Writer:
- You can access the bulk writing tool from within any hub by navigating to the "Writing Tasks" area.
- There’s a new button labeled "Select Multiple to Bulk Write," which allows you to choose multiple articles from your tasks to create all at once.
- Using the Bulk Writer:
- Select at least two articles to activate the bulk writing function. Note that certain articles like “About Me,” “Privacy Policy,” or “Affiliate Disclosure” are not bulk-write compatible.
- After selecting your articles, you’ll be taken to the article designer where you can specify additional content, style preferences, and content length.
- Streamlined Content Creation:
- The bulk writer skips the outlining process to focus on efficiency. You can add optional content or proceed directly to content creation.
- Choose your author style, and the bulk writer will create all selected articles quickly. For example, seven articles can be generated in just a few minutes.

- With bulk writing, you can produce multiple articles at once, allowing you to manage your publishing schedule more effectively.
- This tool is particularly useful for using up your monthly content credits efficiently.

This Bulk writer is both good and bad at the same time.
Allow me to justify.
Good: It creates Content Quickly which is great and speeds up the process.
Bad: Now I have multiple articles to edit and polish before posting.
My dilemma: I cannot trust AI to deliver factual and accurate information in my field. I am required to research everything, which is slowing me down.
My Solution: Maintain the original method of one post at a time. Polish, edit, and Post.
I gave it a go; This is just my honest assessment from my point of view.
Michael
You can research as you are bulk writing, and integrate your research into the optional content area. That will minimize the amount of editing that is required after the fact. It is asked to "fact check" but AI is you and I know isn't a great performer when it is asked to fact check itself.
And sometimes this is an impossible task, as to "what is fact"...in particular with the amount of information online, sometimes it can be an arduous and inconclusive journey to come up with "facts".
Appreciate your feedback here, if you were to use the bulk writer and you wanted to retain your fact checking process, what would that look like?
If it would retain knowledge in the form of a library or something of that nature, it could then be helpful when composing future articles. If this is something being looked at, I will gladly give it another go when it rolls out.
I do appreciate you are trying to make this platform more efficient for everyone, and not all will be happy or find the improvements "helpful." I just gave it a shot and provided my honest assessment.
thanks, Kyle

It has access to all the information in the world, that AI pulls from. So I would say that is a pretty robust library, more sophisticated than any human or curator. That is the basis of AI, but it isn't perfect nor is wikipedia, nor is any independent blog or journalism agency. So sometimes when you are a fact checking, the very thing you are fact checking it with may not be fact.
AI won't be perfect, and it is not "real time" (yet). If you need some form of particular real time information incorporate, you can incorporate anything that you want into optional content. You could segment and streamline your activities with bulk writing and creation, do all the research/polishing/fact checking, and then organize a publication schedule from there.
What are you using to fact check, I guess that would be the first question. How do you know those are facts? Are you fact checking the facts that you are using to fact check? Oh man, this can get confusing lol.
I would say we are all different and have different niches and differently we work on our posts and so on. I would say - for me one article made by AI is better than more. But I might change my mind in time and maybe if different niches etc.
Well said, Michael!
I agree big time!
The majority of AI posts that I see from Wealthy Affiliate members are appalling! We may think we are writing lots of posts, but unless they are genuine quality posts, they will not be ranked very highly in the search engines.
Have a great day.

Whoa! I just tested this out. Wrote 3 articles for my guitar site and 2 for my weight loss site. After proofreading them, the articles came out extremely well-written and needed only minor adjustments.
I have observed 1 new AI phrase that’s showing up in all of them. “Choosing the right(fill-in-the-blank) can be overwhelming.” lol
But this is very minimal compared to previous AI phrases that were annoying.
All-in-all, it’s AMAZING!!
Thanks, Kyle and Carson for creating this really helpful tool. 😎
I love the bulk writer, but I'm experiencing problems trying to update the second one I did when in the Content Editor. I can't change some text that is selected by Grammarly that is incorrect or needs changing.
It keeps grabbing a previous selection and trying to replace it.
I have to do a bunch of hard returns to get it to 'let go' of the wrong text.
I'm gonna try to fix it on the website.
How do I report this or do I?
Also, I asked on each of the 9 posts I did to add a Q&A section with both questions and answers, a People Also Ask with Answers section at the end, and a Featured answer snippet.
It only did this with the first one.
Another thing - I can't change the title in the content editor. I want to change case on some of the consonants. Was I able to do this before or did I do it online?
I'm on the third one and it seems to be working ok. It also has the Q&A and People Also Ask sections which are better organized than the first post was, lol.
I have to stop for tonight, and tomorrow, I have a dentist appointment to insert an implant, then another appointment with my plastic surgeon for the upcoming surgery in two weeks. I also have doctor appointments on Thursday and Friday, so I might not be back until this weekend or Friday night for Jay's class.
Thanks,
Teri
Looks good!
I have been thinking about two things. Sorry if it is too dummy :)
I use featured images, and for some reason—I don´t know why—it is a must for me to set them up inside the website, in the back office. So, for me, the key thing is to cope with the post and set it up in the back office.
This is no problem at all. But that means that on the Hub site, it looks like it is unpublished, which can lead to a mistake. Even so, it is unlike, and it is no problem if it happens, as I can delete that post.
So, would it be a good idea to click that it has been published and also delete it? It can be a long list of publish/edit, which can be tricky.
But maybe this is really bad idea and then it is fine :)
Featured images are coming Johann, this is likely going to come with the image side updates to the platform where we allow for generative AI within the back office. So we definitely want to streamline that.
And then when you publish your content, you should be doing this right away...as you can log into the back office and get this done.
Anyways, we are going to streamline this for you and we could automate the featured image and allow for editing right within the SiteContent platform. :)

Hello Kyle, I think this is a beautiful update, and as I mentioned in a previous blog of yours regarding bulk writing, it has its risks with relation to spam blogging.
My question here is: Is there a maximum amount of blogs in bulk writing? and is there a maximum amount of articles that I can publish within a specific period?
You are not spam blogging, you are creating the content, then you are editing and polishing it before you publish. Same process as before, but you are able to produce many articles as once and put them in a draft state, and from there you will be publishing them.
